South Florida / Web development & SEO

Your business has high standards. Your website should reflect them.

We design, build, and rank sites for contractors, clinics, restaurants, and service companies from Homestead to Jupiter. Website projects are quoted per inquiry, so you get a real number for your job — not a package price built for somebody else.

01 / What we do

Two services. Both aimed at the same thing.

A site that looks sharp but never shows up in search is a business card. Rankings that send people to a slow, confusing site are wasted clicks. We do both because they only work together.

01 BUILD

Website development

Custom-built sites — no drag-and-drop template with your logo dropped in. Designed around what your customers actually do: call, get directions, book, or request a quote. Priced per inquiry, because a four-page site for a barbershop and a forty-page site for a contractor are not the same job.

02 RANK

SEO & local search

Getting into the map pack for the searches that end in a phone call — "AC repair near me," "emergency dentist Hollywood FL." Technical cleanup first, then the local signals Google actually weighs: your Business Profile, consistent listings, real reviews, and service pages written for the city you serve.

02 / The brief

A local site has four jobs. Most have none of them covered.

We start every project by checking these four, on your current site, on a phone, on cell data. That check is part of the free estimate.

01

Show up in the map pack

Most local searches never scroll past the three map results. That placement comes from your Google Business Profile, consistent listings, reviews, and location-relevant pages — not from a prettier homepage.

02

Make the next step obvious

Tap-to-call in the header, a quote form that is three fields not twelve, hours and directions where a person on a phone expects them. If someone has to hunt, they go back to the results page.

03

Prove you are real

Your own project photos, your license and insurance numbers, reviews pulled from Google, the neighborhoods you actually cover. Stock images of somebody else's kitchen do the opposite.

04

Load fast on a phone

Your customer is in a parking lot on two bars of LTE. A site that takes six seconds to paint has already lost them. We build lean and measure it before launch, not after.

03 / How a project runs

Four stages, and you know the price before stage two.

Stage 01 — Day 1

Estimate

You tell us about the business. We audit what you have now and send a written scope, a flat price, and a timeline. Free, and there is no retainer to get one.

Stage 02 — Week 1

Blueprint

Sitemap, page structure, and the copy plan. We agree on what every page has to accomplish before anyone designs a pixel.

Stage 03 — Weeks 2–5

Build

Design and development, with a staging link you can open any time. Two review rounds are built into the quote, not billed as extras.

Stage 04 — Launch

Launch & climb

DNS, analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile all wired up. Then either you take the keys, or we keep working the SEO.

04 / Pricing

Website work is quoted per inquiry.

There is no price list on this page, and that is deliberate. A five-page site for a mobile detailer and a booking system for a three-location clinic have almost nothing in common, and a package price would either overcharge one of them or shortchange the other.

So we scope your job, put a flat number on it, and hold that number for the agreed scope. If you later want something added, we requote that piece first. Nothing gets built off a verbal.

What the free estimate covers

  • Speed and mobile check on your current site, with the actual numbers
  • Where you rank locally for two or three searches that matter to you
  • A page-by-page scope for the new build
  • A flat project price and a start-to-launch timeline
  • Monthly running costs — hosting, domain, and care plan if you want one

SEO is retainer-based and quoted the same way, after we see the site and the competition in your city.

05 / Common questions

Before you reach out.

What does a website actually cost?

It depends on page count, whether you need booking or e-commerce, and how much of the copy and photography you already have. That is why the estimate is free — you get a real number for your job instead of a range that means nothing. Most local service-business sites land in a predictable band, and we will tell you where yours sits on the first call.

Do I have to sign up for SEO to get a website?

No. Plenty of clients take the site, take the keys, and run it themselves. The build is complete on its own — Search Console, analytics, and Business Profile are set up either way. SEO is a separate engagement you can start whenever it makes sense.

Who owns the site when it is done?

You do. The domain stays in your name, the code and content are yours, and you get the logins. We do not hold a site hostage to a monthly fee.

How long does a build take?

Typically three to six weeks from the signed scope. The variable is almost always content — photos, service descriptions, and staff bios. Projects where we handle the copy move faster than ones waiting on a busy owner to send text.

Do you work with businesses outside South Florida?

Our focus is Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, because local SEO rewards knowing the market. We take work outside the tri-county area case by case — ask.

My site is only two years old. Is a rebuild overkill?

Sometimes, yes. If the bones are good, we will tell you that and quote the fixes instead — speed, mobile layout, forms, and search. We would rather do the smaller job well than sell you a rebuild you did not need.
